Adobe After Effects CS4 or CS5? Please help!?

Question by : Adobe After Effects CS4 or CS5? Please help!?
Ok so i really want to get into the movie making business, just wanna start out small with movie ideas i have and i’ll start from there. But i’ve been looking into specific editing programs and this is what i have so far.

Action Essentials 2 720p version http://www.videocopilot.net/products/action2/ this is mainly for special effects

And Adobe After Effects CS4.

I wanted the newest CS5 version but unfortunetly my system doesn’t support it. System spec’s below,

Windows XP Home SP3
Amd Black Edition 7750 dual core processor 2.71ghz (o’c to 3ghz with Cooler Master Fan)
OCZ 2gb 1066mhz running dual channel
XFX 9800GTX+
Asus 19in 1680×1050 monitor
Corsair 650W PSU 80% efficiency rating with 52A on a single +12 rail
Giggabyte Ma-770-UD3 motherboard

I guess i need a 64bit operating system. But i was just recently told that i could buy the CS4 version and the CS5 version and have it still work on my system, here’s my source http://prodesigntools.com/buy-adobe-after-effects-cs4-get-cs5-free.html

Now here’s my question. I would rather not spend the extra money since i’m on a tight budget. Is AE CS5 really that much better than CS4? I mainly want to do action based movies and some comedy sketches. Please i’d prefer only answers with experience with both versions. I need to know if CS5 is really that much of an improvement over CS4.
