Toward the end of the movie, after Beetlejuice is defeated, that weird goth girl looks back and forth from her parents to the ghost couple. It’s as if she’s trying to make a decision. What decision? I never understood the ending.

I think she’s surveying the carnage she’s caused by summoning Beetlejuice. She’s looking at her parents and the ghost couple and asking herself “what did I do?”
