Q&A: Stop animation computer program for my little brother?

Question by yayfriday: Stop animation computer program for my little brother?
My little brother (who is 10 years old) is really into making stop animation movies with his Star Wars lego. He has taken loads of pictures but we we don’t have any movie making software. Does anyone know of any not too expensive computer software that he could use for his movies? I would love to get him something like that for christmas.
