Question by Blahh.: Windows Movie Maker Titles?
On some YouTube videos with lyrics for songs on it, the words are flashing colors. I have Windows Movie Maker for Windows XP and I wanted to know how to make the titles flash those colors? Here’s a link to a video I saw it on. This is my favorite band. 🙂

do you mean the colors changing? well here is your best answer!
go to view video effects then scroll down a little and it is Hue, cycles entire color spectrum.
