Why does the WWE have to have scripts, concerning race?

Question by A_WWE_FAN_4LYFE: Why does the WWE have to have scripts, concerning race?
I love the WWE, but I don’t understand why they write scripts, that have to do with race, I just want to watch wrestling and enjoy it. For example, last Monday at RAW, race came up with Shelton Benjamin and Carlito. A couple of weeks ago, John Cena told Booker T that he has lost his status as a black man. On a pay-per-view one time, Vince said to John Cena, what’s up my nigga. Jerry Lawler, used to say things concerning race, I have a feeling that Furooq is there, to try and bring back the Nation of Domination, have you noticed how he pops up, once in a while? Last but not least, Cryme Tyme, why have their characters acting like that? These are examples, as to what i’m talking about. All I want to do is watch wrestling, leave the race nonsense out of it because it doesn’t need to go there.

I agree with you 100 percent. Only thing I can think of is that the creative team think that that’s what the audience wants to watch. That or they’re just stupid.
