Why does the online movie website pause the movie halfway through?

There is a website called 66stage that has movies that are in theaters. the quality is good. everything about it is good except for the fact that it pause halfway through (i think its 74 minutes but i could be wrong) and makes you wait 54 minutes until the movie can start again. What is the point of this?
