Which movie editing tool?

alright, here’s the deal, I make lots of youtube videos and I have windows movie maker to edit them which is really I have to admit crappy. so I want a video editing tool that is easy to use, has lots of good effects, has lots of good sound effects, is good for youtube videos, good cutting out tool, is compatible with my dell computer, is free, doesn’t mess up my computer when I download it, and also I prefer these things, MP4 compatible but if it isn’t, I have a converter tool, and this may be an entire different tool I have to download but I also want to edit one of my videos into looking like a video game. thank you sooooo much I can’t believe how long I have been annoyed by this!

That’s right, an entire linux operating system for editing music, photos, and videos. Everything 100% free and you can dual boot it with windows if you insist on keeping it…
