You probably can’t.

Almost every script that’s eligible for copyright protection is going to be tightly controlled. Your only hope of holding that script in your hands, if that’s the case, will be to get it from one of the licensing agencies–Samuel French, Dramatist’s Play Service, Rodgers and Hammerstein are the biggies. And they’re quite stern about how you can’t use their script for anything but a licensed performance.

The only printable scripts you can get are the classics that are out of copyright, or that never were copyrighted–Shakespeare thru Shaw, generally. You can find them in a variety of online resources–search away!
