I was to animate some cheap little cartoons but I need to find some software to do it. Doesn’t have to be anything crazy as long as I can insert each frame and turn it into a movie file so I can add sound to it later. Anyone know where I can find something like this for free? I would like to use flash but Im sure that would get pricey so anything else will suffice. thanks!

You could use Window’s Movie Maker. It comes standard on XP and I believe Vista. There are plenty of FAQs on the internet, and it just requires that you understand how to draw and sync things up. Otherwise, should be a breeze. Good luck.

edit – In light of certain information, I’d like to suggest DOWNLOADING windows movie maker. It oughta be cheap or free. Look on Window’s typical update site. If you’re a mac user… well, then I’d have built a different computer.
