Question by : Where can I buy a 16mm movie camera.?
I’m pretty new to the film making business and I’m trying to purchase a decent, fairly inexpensive 16mm movie camera (besides ebay). Ive been to a few websites but the cameras were in the thousands of dollars.

I am a member of the largest, most popular and trusted online film forum called 16mmfilmtalk.com .. There are some serious big-time collectors on there. membership is free, and you could probably find a camera from someone on there, or they could tell you where to get one. You can also find info on 16mm, 8mm, Super-8mm, 35mm film and projectors, as well as purchase projectors, supplies and films from other collectors who are honest and trustworthy compared to Ebay sellers, of which most collectors on there are skeptics of using. (though some do deal through Ebay) As someone who is a member of this website, I highly recommend you joining and locating a camera through the collectors themselves. You won’t be swindled and most collectors are willing to work with you to find a price you both can agree on. You have my promise!
