A little girl lives with her father in a small town in the country.
The end of the movie has the town gathered in a conference type of meeting to make a decision about the killing/tranquilizing of the bears.
There is also a scene where there is a camp set up with a bunch of equipment and white tents, filled with workers that plan on killing/tranquilizing the bears. The little girl is against this.
