All i can remember is that there is a girl there who is from aquamarine and he is called the rookie and he has an older brother named Max! HELP!!!!

I believe the movie is “American Pie Presents: Band Camp”. It’s the only movie I can think of that matches the plot, and is the only movie that I can link to “Aquamarine” (via Arielle Kebbel.)
..the “Max” thing throws me off. The bandie’s name is Matt, and his brother is Steve (or just Stiffler.) o.O
