What is the best video editing software for Youtube?

Question by : What is the best video editing software for Youtube?
I make makeup video tutorials for youtube, and I’m looking for a different editing system. Where I can make awesome banners/add music(for only certain parts), and have the best quality I can. Right now I am just using Windows Movie Maker. But It’s kinda just the basics and I dont have a ton of creative room!

I greatly depends on how much you want to spend. I would suggest an adobe software. If you want something cheaper just google free video editing software.
