Question by : what is the best free movie editing software?
Ok so i am wanting to make me a good low budget independent movie. And i need to know what is the best free and paid movie editing software. Like visual and special effects are included in it as well. But it looks good and is the best of the best. Like the free software is just like a paid one works the same and everything. I already tried Windows movie maker and do not like it. So anything else would be great.
I have windows 7 in my computer.

as far as just burning files into DVDs….I ConverXtoDVD is the best paid program to use…and their are not any free ones that I found to even work decent for free, the free ones will either post text over your video until you buy it, or the words don’t match the mouths when speaking.

As far as video/editing I don’t know but do know windows movie maker is horrible to use for anything
