I’m making a mini movie thing and I need some dramatic instrumental music to go with it….
I want something electronic with movement that I can use and if any that mix with Hiphop would be good too Thanks!

Tangerine Dream or Kraftwerk are two good bands that would suffice. However, putting hiphop or rap on a soundtrack could alienate many of the people you’d like to see the movie. Not everyone likes rap or hiphop, but Tangerine Dream, Kraftwerk and Enya are much more subtle and to the point, in this instance.
