What is a good World War I movie for high school students?

Question by clerksgirl513: What is a good World War I movie for high school students?
I’m a student teacher and just getting ready to do a chapter on World War I. They have been so good and I’m ready to show a movie but I want a good World War I movie or documentary I can get on VHS (preferable) or DVD if I have to. And also tell me what makes the movie good for an 11th grade class?

When I was in H.S. we watched “All’s Quiet on the Western Front” It is an old black and white movie and isn’t gory like todays movies are…but we enjoyed it ( I guess as much as high school students were able to) Good luck
