I’m in the process of making a movie rating site where me and three other admins give our word on movies. I just need to know what CMS to use? I was going to go with WordPress originally but most of the plugins that I need aren’t compatible with 2.7
I need something that allows readers to post comments, allows a 1 to 5 star rating, and is flexible and easy. The choice I was going to go with was Joomla but I don’t know…
