I downloaded facebook clone script from one site. Can i use it in my site? Is it legal?

Normally it is not legal, but Facebook would not take action as if you use that clone script for your own social networking site, your visitor will never beat that of Facebook unless you add in something new and better.
But when you have added something more, Facebook has no right to query your rights…
