I am looking for a program to make movies at home, I have a digital camcorder and I am checking this software for 30 days, while its downloading the software can you tell me pros and cons about it? any tips on any other program?

I’ve never used Ulead so I can’t tell you the pros and cons. But I do use other programs. ive been using Sony Vegas for about a year now and it works great with me! You can customize the transitions and effects and I love the timeline. If you play around with Sony Vegas you can achieve great looking results. But another program is Adobe Premiere its really good from what I’ve heard and if you use it with Adobe After Effects your movies come out looking proffessional looking, and you can make way more effects with it.
