The Sims 3 – Building a House 17 – Avalon Grande – Part 5 – Interior/Exterior

In this part I’m just touching up what is left of the ground floor to fill up space, I’ve been experimenting with the MO and combining objects together, they are not supposed to be used it is just for aesthetics, but I haven’t tested it out so I will when I’m done! Now, the main part of this… part is the creation of the custom hot tub!!! and changing the depth of the swimming pool… apparently the animations for getting to the hot tub are humorous, I haven’t tried it yet but yeah… Next part is the second floor bedrooms! Avalon Grande took 9-10 hours to build altogether and costs 8 000 furnished and 1 unfurnished. Enjoy!!!
