Question by secondcity2006: “The Breakfast Club” movie. Twenty year reunion; but on TV?
What do you think about taking the classic Breakfast Club movie and making four 30 minute sitcoms with them all running back to back. Each would be showing each charactor and what their lives would be like 20 years later.
Princess: what’s she up to? (7pm)
athlete (7:30 pm)
Brain (8pm)
space (
criminal (I prefer partier)

You could make the plot that they all are still in the same town; thereby they can move into the others show.
Example: maybe the princess turns into a professional drug addicted slut puppy groupy. What kind of job would she have? Her usual weekly delima: all dressed up and no one to Bl*w and her mom is Graces asst. on the show “Will & Grace” (whatever her name is) With that show ending; who knows maybe your idea will get picked up.

This is a question for ones that’s bored.

It’d be funny if John Hughs seen or heard about this and picked it up.

I think it would suck rocks. All of those reunion shows start off Ok and then turn into crap at the 5th minute. What about the Mary Tyler Moore reunion? Sucked. The Batman and Robin reunion of their actors? Suked big time. They also made, believe it or not, years ago, the reunion of Archie (from the comics) with live characters, from TV. I never saw it and can’t imagine it sucking more. Anytime you port movie characters over TV, it ends up sucking. TV is not as glamorous as hollywood.
