My entry for the Epic contest. Since I only decided to make one a couple of days ago and since I didn’t have much time to work on it, the video is pretty short and very, very simple. I tried to use flash-backs only, but I had to put some flash-forwards in there as well to get my point across. The scene I chose is the final sequence from the episode 3.03 ”Death in the saddle” Voice-overs: Booth: ”Why? Ill tell you why. Here we are. All of us, basically alone, separate creatures just circling each other. All searching for that slightest hint of a real connection. Some look in the wrong places, some they just give up hope because in their mind theyre thinking Oh, theres nobody out there for me’. But all of us, we keep trying over and over again, why? Because every once in a while, every once in a while two people meet and theres that spark. And yes Bones, hes handsome and shes beautiful.. And maybe thats all they see at first… But making love?
