Shatrughan Sinha works in a Pakistani movie, Dev Anand is making a movie in Pakistan, kids raising money for the tag meal – Shekhar has a joke for all of them. The first guest on the show is the model Sushma Reddy. She talks about her interest in herbs, cosmetics and acupuncture. The second guest on the show is the director Mehul Kumar who tells us why he chose direction over acting. He talks about working with so called “difficult” actors, Amitabh Bachan’s return to movies with his film and about his new film, Kohram. Will Shekhar be able to entertain as he does? Movers and Shakers is a late night talk show that was hosted by popular comedy actor Shekhar Suman on Sony Entertainment Television. The show comprised of an opening monologue followed by comedy routines interviews and performances. Close to 500 celebrities were interviewed by Shekhar Suman on the show. Launched in 1997 the show was a huge hit and it catapulted Shekhar Suman to stardom making him one of India’s most popular TV Actors.
