Super Mario Bros. Z Episode 1 (Beta Test)

The wildly popular Flash series by Mark Haynes, “Super Mario Bros. Z” appealed greatly to me much more for just than the epic fight sequences but the vast complexity of the plot and how well he merged two separate videogame franchises (their locations, characters and storylines) with the interesting twist of “Dragonball Z”. A few months ago I had approached Mr. Haynes and proposed a remake of the series, in 3-D, in the distant future with “IIAS, Ltd.” Much to my surprise, he was quite adamant of the idea as well as learning to animate in 3-D as well. I gave him my initial visions of the project, most of it concentrating on a new soundtrack, but I never could really show him what I had in mind with the new music…until now. It has come to my attention that the administrator of the SMBZ fan site, Nintendodsg, recorded several of the episodes in Windows Media Format and put them up for download. This would allow me to use Windows Movie Maker to make “Beta Tests” of the new music with the episodes. At last, I could show him exactly what I had envisioned with the new music for the remake. (at least for Episodes 1,2,3 and 6 anyway) With his permission, I now release the “BT” version of Super Mario Bros. Z Episode 1 for your entertainment and your consideration. After much consideration, the original audio was muted.
