if these are your options, then go with sony vegas, except go with Sony Vegas 8 pro and get DVD architect with it. if you purchase the remaining suite, Sound Forge with the noise reduction option, and ACID, along with samples, you can edit sound and make a sound track to go along with your video editing capabilities.
