An honest and diligent police inspector Samar Pratap Singh is transferred to Motihari, in Bihar, along with his wife, Manjari and daughter Sonu. Here, the law is in the hands of a politician called Bachchu Yadav. This gross corruption and moral decay prevalent does not deter Samar and in his quest to eradicate crime in Motihari, he pays a heavy price.
