tinyurl.com This video is a brainwave entrainment for the alpha waves using isochronic tones. The seven chakras (energy centers) of our body are represented in different colors with the heart (green) at the center. The heart is emphasized since it’s state determines the condition (emotional, spiritual, psychological, etc..) of our being. Let the isochronic tones entrain your brain to the alpha waves. As you focus at the center of the image, think of positive thoughts (caring, loving, kindness, gratitude, etc..) so as to bring yourself in to alignment with your true nature. This will remove stress and anxiety which we normally encounter from our day to day activities. Try this meditation for at least one week. Adjust the volume to a comfortable level if it is too loud.
