Please Edit your question and give price range so we know how much Bang for your Buck you will be getting.
But so far the second one is winning because it has more RAM. Neither of these can play at high settings. Maybe Medium-Low settings. But yea please post the prices I bet I can find you a better one.

I looked at your other question and found the price range. Look at these laptops bro they’re much better 500-700 dollar range.
