Q&A: Which is better for amateur movie making?

Question by anas h: Which is better for amateur movie making?
Panasonic HVX-200 or Sony HVR-Z1U?

I want to make a movie, but I’m an amateur, the price isn’t a problem,
and I don’t know which of them have this feature,
e.g. making focus on the background more than the face…

and these are the links

Panasonic HVX-200

I would look for something else as they are both expensive for 720p cameras. You should be able to find a 1080p camera for that kind of money. If you still want one of those, consider the cost of the P2 cards for the Panasonic will be much more expensive than DV tape for the Sony, a factor that could affect your budget if you have a high shooting ratio.
