I have a script on hand and was wondering who or what production house would want to make it into a movie.

There are thousands of people just like you. Hundreds post these same questions here.
You have to get an agent. Studios will not read scripts or hear pitches that are not through an agent. If they did, there would be a line 5 miles long of people waiting to have theirs read.
Having an agent also keeps your idea from being stolen. If you just “send” it to a random studio, it can be taken from you.
