First of all, not too many people are going to click a link that basically says it is a “PHP Twitter Email Extractor”, especially when they know nothing about the web site in question. And this site is located in Romania, which means it could be a bogus URL for causing mal-ware to be installed on somebody’s computer.

Even if it was priced as low as $ 7.99, without knowing more about it I am not sure it is worth taking a chance upon.
