I really enjoy making videos with windows movie maker, but I wish that there were more affects I could use. Such as adding things into my videos such as fog or other things from different videos. Are there any free enhancements for window movie maker that I can find online? Or any other movie making programs that are better that I can download for free??

If you want to get a better video editing app try Ulead Studio, Pinnacle Studio, Adobe Premier Pro, Sony Vegas Movie studio. None of them are free but they are worth getting.
Alternatively get a Mac.
