ok well i wanna make and edit videos for youtube but windows movie maker is rubbish to be honest so are there any other free video editing programs that free and safe to use??????

You can try Photo MovieTheater. It is really a nice one. You can edit photos and videos by adding background music, caption, narration,etc.
