I’m looking into getting Adobe After Effects. What version should I get? What are the plus and minuses of each version? I’m interesting in making professional-looking movies. Thanks!
If there are any other cheaper, yet good software for a PC, list them as wel, along with the pros and cons, thanks!

There is only ONE version which would be the current verison – After Effects CS4.

There are a few different FX apps out there but they ain’t cheap.
