I have several .vob files that I want to “squeeze” together to make one file so I don’t have to open another file halfway through a movie. Are there any freeware programs for windows that can do this?

Im assuming it is 1 film that you want to put onto 1 disk? If they are .vob files, then they are in dvd format, so if you was burning them to a dvd, then they should fit onto it without having to squeeze them afterwards.
There are plenty of freeware programs that will join them together, but the best program to use to shrink the final file down to whatever size you want is “Ashampoo Shrink and Burn”.
