I’m a sophomore in high school this year and in an advanced technical theatre class. I’m hoping to do a costume design and construction project for TETA (Texas Educational Theatre Association)’s theatrefest in 155 days. Over the past year i’ve learned to construct beautiful corsets. I need help find a play/ musical with only female characters where i can show off my corset making ability. Something with a small cast of women in maybe a cabaret type setting. i really don’t care where or when the play is set, as long as its a small cast of women that it makes sense to have wearing my corsets.

do a shakespeare play
instead of an all guys cast have all girls
and set it in victorian england or whenever they wore corsets
