Please can someone suggestion to me the best camcorder for making movies and also good movie editing software.

Well, I’m assuming you got money, so for a camcorder I’d recommend the Panasonic HDC SD9 and to edit you can use Adobe After Effects (For effects especially), Sony Vegas (Easy to use and quite decent) and Adobe Premiere, or if you can have Mac then, Final Cut Pro.
