i have a Nikon digital camera, the program it came with uses quick time and all movies that i make are saved as .MOV files. I can not open these in Windows Movie Maker. What can i do to change the file extension. it seems like the Nikon Software leaves me stuck with Quick Time. Thanks

You may try a software program like, Handbrake, which is free to convert the files into .mp4
