Hi,

I was thinking about make a CMS System in PHP / MySQL.

My question is, is it illegal to use a HTML editor like HTMLarea (which is freeware), implementing it into the software and then selling the software to people.

If it is, how can I make it not illegal, like would showing ‘HTML Area by HTMLarea.com’ or something???

If you use any part of freeware or shareware in a product you intent to sell it is illegal.

You can’t sell freeware (hence the name)
