i simply would like to ask him if a character sennfrom the movie “tales of nobody” will ever make a return. if so, when, if not, why. any thing you can tell me about how to e-mail him or contact him on a forum will be greatly appreciated thanks for that but can any of u help me find a way of contacting him please

Well tite kubo is just his pen name. According to wikipedia his real one is noriaki kubo, although I don’t know if he goes by just that.
I browsed the internet and saw this question has been asked before. What I found confirmed my own answers. Your best bet may be to contact Shonen Jump in Japan becuase they publish his work in their magazine.

I doubt you’ll be able to obtain his personal contact information. Most likely there is some medium to filter through all the fan service he recieves.
