what software can i use i have anime studio debut 6 for $ 50 wich is working very good but i want somthing a little better that has a little better quality and dont put flash, blender or any of the free softwares i want somthing really good that i can make like half hour animated movies on 3d or 2d

For 3d, you can use a software called Maya. It has been used on lots of feature films for character animation and visual effects. It will do almost everything you want.

Learning it can take time so try out

For 2d, try toon boom studio. Or photoshop.
