Question by aayush g: A review of movie “17 again”. Please suggest your favor or opposition.?
Hello fellow beings, i like to introduce myself as a movie critic, who strives largely on the public review on his review. My name is Aurfilius Edmund Nord, and i am 23 years old.
I define 5 categories of movies they are –
1. Diamond
2. Gold
3. Silver
4. Iron
5. Plastic (Which is simply, “Trash”).
I judge a movie on following contents-
1. Art
2. Message
3. Psychological impact
4. Entertainment factor
5. Purpose of the movie making (Soul of the movie) i.e. simply “Why did you ever make a movie like that?”
So, ladies and gentlemen, Lets start with my first review.
Well, in last 18 months, i think hollywood has produced some movies which i would put in the category of “trash”. 17 again is something which accompanies them.
17 again suggests-
1. You have to be 17 again and join your children in school in order to know them well.!
2. Your children needs you, not as a father but as a handsome classmate.!
3. Your children are incapable even of making a single good day at school.
4. Forged documents and certificates can do really well then the original ones.
5. The only problem in the children’s lives was STAN, nothing else, he was bullying the son and using the daughter (looks like he was holding a grudge against the o’ donnels).
6. The education system of USA is producing desperate consumers, making our girls promiscuous
and that is just “another dad’s problem”!.
Hence this movie Absolutely fails in providing some good messages to the audience, now let’s talk about the other ones-
1. Art – If we talk about all the backstage stuff, then we are talking about a professional and state of the art crew, but the onscreen performance was total “trash” except that of matthew perry and zach effron who were the only support of the movie on grounds of professionalism, the actress who played scarlet was very undesirable on the screen, a voice kept coming from inside, “better she does’nt appear”, parrish was awesome with his looks and acting but rest were boring and naive.
4. Entertainment factor- Due to it’s unusual network of events, the movie is a good entertainment for teenagers, but it fails to tickle the mind of a mature audience.
5. Soul of the movie – Simply – “To make money”, “that’s why i made the movie, idiot!”
Overall I drop the movie 17 again into trash, because of it’s use and throw, manufacturing style and content, like a disposable coffee cup, instead of a state of the art glass and gold wine stemware, to upgrade your bar collection.
Thanks a lot for your reading.
