Programs Better than Movie Maker?

Are there any programs like Movie Maker but is better. It doesn’t matter how much it cost!
All the programs suggested has to be to be bought.Like I have to buy it and it is not freeware!
I heard of Avid but not sure how to use it.
The video i need to make is a music video.
So title part. the programs has to let me give the Video, special effects and voice over and captions.
also a credits part.
Also it has to be easy to learn to use like im a beginner for now
I am currently using a WIN 7 64 bit computer right now and money is no problem

I have used a program called sony Vegas and found it works quite well and is full of effects, but its a bit pricey, however if money is no object knock yourself out
