Hi frnds…how are u ?,
I jus need someone to help me out in converting HQ video files into DVDs without loosing the quality..actually i have downloaded few DVDrip DivX movies from internet (Movies like Rocky 1-6,etc from rapidshare) which is in compressed formats. When i decompress it, i get a DivX avi file and when i play it…it is of great quality and fantastic clarity. Then i converted 2 or 3 avi files to DVD formats and burned it on a DVD using the software called DVDSanta (Freeware). But when i played this DVD in my LCD TV or in my PC ….it is really so bad that i hate watching it…it looks like patches….i dont know what is the problem….Either i should use a better software to creat and burn DVD
Or as my TV resolution are high, it cannot maintain the quality or what ?
Iam really confused and struck here,,,because of this, iam afraid of burning any movies even though i would love to see them in my TV and show it to my family in the car.Because of his, even though my frnd gave me links for HD videos ..iam afraid to download them. Can someone help me out in this pls…so that i can make DVD with the same quality.

DivX is generally low resolution and upscaling the DivX video to DVD quality is probably what’s making the quality suffer.

PS – Movie piracy is illegal 😉
