Movie Editing/Image Editing?

Question by OBA: Movie Editing/Image Editing?
Hi,

Does anyone one know how one can take a picture and cut it onto a movie? I have a picture/logo, and want to insert that picture on to a building from a movie clip to make it seem like the building has that name on it. Is there a free movie software or an easy way to do this? Can this be done with Windows Movie Maker?

windows movie maker 2011 is amazing they basically do everything for you but you have to do things too there not gonna do everything for you but its really easy
