A UK TV commercial from the early 1990s when the government really new how to blow money selling off our utility companies (oops sorry – bit of politics there!). Naff script, but a surprising rare bit of telly. Surely the only time that James Doohan and the wonderfully deadpan Simon Cadell (sadly both no longer with us) ever appeared together!!
