How? I hear he just makes it and lip sings. Then, he records it and put it on the video. But how do you do that?

open windows mvoie maker

you will see buttons that say import video , picuters or musci
and then you drag them to the story line spaces below. you cna mute out the backgrownd noice of the raw video need be. also ..if you look undernieht were the improted videos there is a littel razor…..that is the editiing knife
