For school, we have to enter a contest called National History Day, in which you must create a project. I have decided that I am probably going to make a documentary. What would I need to do this. I think I could get a camera from the school, or if you know of any inexpensive digital camcorders, please tell me. Also, do you have reccomendations for any inexpensive movie-making software good for school documentaries. And lastly, what are some ways I can make the documentary look professional, and do well in the contest. Thank you very much!

Windows Movie Maker is an awesome software for non-pro movie making. And it’s probably already installed on your pc!
