I have windows Movie maker, Sony Vegas, Nero.

How do I make a flash movie for viewing on the web site using those programs? or is there a better program?

you can make a video just like you normally do and import your video files to your computer. then use a converter to convert your video file extension to .flv file. that is the flash video format. for example you can use xilisoft or any other converter softwares. and then upload your videos to your website.
