I want to make a website and want to put a movie at the beginning of my site but I don’t know how to do that. If frontpage doesn’t do that, what program does?
So if a do that, will it show up when you first enter my site? That is what I want the most.

Open Frontpage. Start a new page.
Save the page
Copy the movie you want to add into the same folder as the file you just saved.
In Frontpage, look under Insert and you will see an option to insert a movie
Simple point it to the movie you want to insert
Once you have everything working, you will have to copy both the web page and the movie up to the Internet for people to be able to see it.
Remember that movie files can be huge and take a long time to download. So you want to use a short movie in a “smaller” format like WMV so that people are not waiting 20 minutes for the movie to appear.
(Oh, and make sure it is not copyrighted material so you don’t get sued)
